Having been a tenant of EXCEN @ 119 Willoughby Rd, Crows Nest NSW since 2015 I'm more than happy to recommend their service. They offer a professional and friendly work environment at an extremely convenient location. A very well run building with excellent support staff. Professional receptionists answer the phone, mail, couriers, parcels and handle the arrival of clients in a professional and courteous manner. Reception staff are also available to do 'admin' work such as copying or scanning when I need it. The professional outlook suits my business as a commercial lawyer.I have been a tenant in this building for well over a decade now and highly recommend their service.

Very professional serviced office environment without feeling too ‘serviced officey’. Always greeted professionally and with a smile from all the staff that run reception at Excen. Ideally located (hop, skip and jump from both Chatswood and CBD) as well as a minutes walk from all the funky bars, restaurants and eateries at Crows Nest.

I have been an internal and external client of Excen 119 for over 20 years, which should say all that is necessary about my confidence in their ability to provide excellent service. Under the present Centre Management of Lisa Zammit and with the tremendous backing of her fantastic Reception team it is always a pleasure to attend the office. The overall service and 'can-do' attitude is so much appreciated in what presents as a very professional environment .

Lisa and her team at Office 119 continue to impress me in each dealing I have with them. Nothing is ever too much trouble and the service they provide is exceptional! If you are looking for an offsite space to hold meetings or conferences, I highly recommend you get in touch with them.

Tayla and the reception crew are fantastic, professional, attentive and always happy to go above and beyond their scope of practice to make sure the business they are working on is running smooth. Moving my home office was the best decision I have made, my home is now free of files. It is so convenient having access to secretarial services, and a boardroom, I found it very easy to walk in and start operating.
